CUBIK-HOME developed in France a worldwide unique technology. The principle lies in precasting concrete housing modules in a specialized factory. These modules are then transferred to the building site, where they are assembled and then equipped and decorated according to the taste and needs of their future occupants.

The fiber concrete technology, embedding BEKAERT metal fibers DRAMIX , gives the modules unrivalled resistance and durability:

At the heart of CUBIK-HOME technology, our fiber concrete is the real keystone of our modules. It consists in three main components:

Physical properties

This concrete offers unique technical specifications, thanks to which the thickness of the walls can be reduced to only 5cm, with outstanding durability and resilience.
As a result, it is possible to fit wide openings on each wall of the modules (up to 60% opening per wall), and yet keep the possibility of piling up the modules on 3 levels.

第二部分 关于钢纤维混凝土

普通钢纤维混凝土的纤维体积率在1%—2%之间,较之普通混凝土,抗拉强度提高40%—80%,抗弯强度提高60%—120%,抗剪强度提高50%一100%,抗压强度提高幅度较小,一般在0—25%之间,但抗压韧性却大幅度提高。
More than 1 in 3 square meters industrial floors in Europe is reinforced with steel fiber reinforced concrete.1 cubic metre of concrete contains an average of 5 km wire.
在欧洲,每3平方米的工业地板中就有1平方米是用钢纤维增强混凝土加固的。1立方米的混凝土包含平均5公里的钢纤维。
Bekaert贝尔卡特的佳密克丝® (Dramix®)钢纤维应该是搞这玩意比较厉害的,我找了一份他们的PPT,简单了解一下。
