大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国（United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland），简称“英国”（United Kingdom），本土位于欧洲大陆西北面的不列颠群岛，被北海、英吉利海峡、凯尔特海、爱尔兰海和大西洋包围。

特尔福德是英国特尔福德和里金一个大型的新镇，位于什鲁斯伯里以东13英里，伯明翰以西30英里，2010年人口约155,000。 它是英国增长速度最快的镇之一，也是所处的名誉郡什罗普郡最大的镇。 其名称是为了纪念土木工程师托马斯·特尔福德。镇子本身是1960至70年代发展自原来的一个小镇和其他工农业用地。

First Roof Truss goes up just at one week from the arrival of the house from the factory!

Thursday, 6th July 2017 and the whole frame is complete, including the roof trusses which were only started on Thursday morning and completed by end of work on the same day! 
All this in just 6 working days after the frame was delivered from the factory! 
In total it took 3 days to erect the ground floor frame – 2 days to erect the upper story and 1 day for the roof! Only 6 days in total!

Here you can see the first of the insulating, breathable membrane on the roof and the ground floor. 
This is put up with insulation everywhere, all over the outer walls and roof. 
Then you can also see the first outer extra hard Phleiderer MFP board – 18mm for the walls and 22mm for the floors, which we imported specially, to get an extra strong board, impervious to damp etc.
Though that will be covered by insulation and the final outer special panelling which is also weather proof. So lots of layers of strength and insulation on the outside, BEFORE we even begin with the main insulation inside all that and the inner boards and panelling!

The Attic – Very spacious! 
Another great advantage of steel frame is that one doesn’t need lots of intrusive supports all over the place for large spans as it’s all self supporting. This gives large uncluttered clear areas throughout the house.

As these are special extra strong imported boards, the builders have been complaining that cutting them takes longer than normal MFP board!
